Jessica holds a bachelor’s in History from UNC Pembroke and is currently pursuing her master’s in Learning Design and Technology at NC State. After four years of high school teaching (where AP Psychology was her favorite class), she spent two years overseeing tutorial services as the NC State TRIO Learning Specialist. Now, as the ASC Tutor Coordinator, Jessica focuses on supporting tutors and helping students master complex concepts, always thriving on guiding learners toward those “aha!” breakthrough moments. Outside the office, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing video games, going to the gym, and spending time in nature.
